Before obtaining a real estate license I had worked as an appraiser for 10+ years.  This has helped me develop a sense of value that I can offer to my clients whether buying or seeling.  Gathering good information is important to me and I subscribe to three multiple listing services (mls):  Washington County, Iron County and Wasatch Front.  Subscribing to these allow me to market properties to virtually all of Utah except Summit and Kane counties.  Its important to me that clients who are selling property get maximum exposure.  Most agents only list on one mls.  I've seen properties rot on the market simply because the property was not dangle in front of potential buyers.  I will do more to find a buyer for your property.
